We believe highly trained practitioners who are happy, proud and motivated, and who feel secure as part of the family, are best placed to make your children feel the same. Thanks to the continuity of our staff at our nursery in Hertford, our children are active, curious and confident, set up for a lifetime of learning.
Meet our managers
Sophie
With over 10 years of experience in childcare, I have worked in both nurseries and a children's centre, supporting the growth and development of children at different stages, as well as building strong relationships with parents. I hold a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies from Middlesex University, where I deepened my understanding of child development and early education.
Working with children is more than just a career for me, it's a true passion. I find it incredibly rewarding to play a meaningful role in their early years, helping to build the foundations for their future. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through gym sessions and running, and I love to travel and explore new parts of the world.
Honey
I studied Level 5 in Early Years at the University of Hertfordshire and have gained over eight years of experience working in nursery settings. During this time, I have supported children of various ages and from a wide range of backgrounds, allowing me to develop a strong understanding of individual needs and inclusive practice.
I am passionate about building positive relationships with children and take great pride in supporting their growth and development. Watching children learn, gain confidence, and reach new milestones is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking and travelling, which allow me to explore new cultures and experiences.
